Aerial proudly presents one of our residential projects which was featured in the Architectural Digest.

This beautiful 3800 square feet loft in midtown Manhattan in the Flatiron neighborhood, was an empty box when bought by the owners Michael Hong and his wife Libby Tatum. It was designed to retain as much of its original industrial edge as possible while creating a stylish space that could foster the owners’ musical interests, host their sprawling circle of friends, and provide a cozy refuge for the couple and Hong’s two teenage sons.

We are proud to be the general contractor while working in tandem with the design firm Chiara de Rege Interiors.
