One of Aerial’s latest completed residential projects – a 150 year old townhouse located on Barrow St in the West Village, NYC!

The renovation works - led by our Senior Project Manager Bhumi Shah and our Project Manager Julia Bielecki - started at the end of 2020 and Aerial teamed with the Designer Matt McKay and the Architect Allen Robinson. We are very excited how the project turned out!

Highlights of the project:

• Unique master bath

• Old cellar turned into a steam bath with bench

• Custom built kitchen, banquette and dining table

• Kitchen beams created out of reclaimed wood

• Custom designed and fabricated master bedroom fireplace with wood paneling

• Atrium with custom fabricated railing of blackened steel and hand “threaded” with cotton rope
