Aerial’s latest hospitality projects Golden HOF and NY Kimchi featured in the Resy New York Magazine

Aerial’s latest hospitality projects Golden HOF and NY Kimchi restaurants - both located at 16 West 48th Street, NYC - were featured in the RESY New York magazine!

This 6,500 sqft space is more than just a restaurant — it’s a living, breathing reflection of the second generation Korean American experience. It’s a dream brought to life, where Chef Sam Yoo has poured his heart into creating not one, but two distinct culinary worlds. Here, we bring together the vibrant spirit of a Korean pub and the refined elegance of a Korean steakhouse and raw bar, seamlessly woven together in a way that transcends mere fusion.

In every dish, Chef Yoo captures the essence of growing up between cultures, offering a taste of identity, belonging, and the journey of finding home in the most unexpected places. Nestled in the heart of New York City, this space is a love letter to the diverse, ever-evolving palates of both New Yorkers and visitors alike. They are not just serving food; they are sharing a piece of their story, and Aerial is really proud of sharing this journey with them.
