Aerial completed the Indian Accent restaurant project in NYC
The Aerial’s latest project the “Indian Accent” Restaurant in NYC opened its doors to the public on February 25th, 2016.
Indian Accent, the award-winning New Delhi restaurant from Old World Hospitality, has opened its doors in New York City at the Le Parker Meridien Hotel. Founded by restaurateur Rohit Khattar and helmed by celebrated Chef Manish Mehrotra, Indian Accent offers inventive Indian cuisine, combining global ingredients and techniques with authentic Indian flavors. The contemporary Indian menu showcases Mehrotra’s ability to merge adventurous techniques with traditional flavor profiles.
The space, designed by BHDM Design, is warm yet sleek and is both modern and referential. Reimagined materials familiar in Indian architecture, such as brass, marble and plaster, are combined throughout to create a contemporary and clean backdrop for the food.
Aerial Design and Build were the general contractors who have built this this beautiful restaurant.
