We're thrilled to share that Aerial recently completed the newest Schmackary's location in the heart of Union Square at 129 4th Avenue,  NYC - officially opened as of February 2025!

Famous for their irresistible cookies and over 100 unique flavors, Schmackary’s continues to grow, and Aerial is proud to have served as the general contractor for their third NYC location.

This exciting hospitality project was brought to life through a collaborative effort with SOF PARTNERS (Project Management), Jongseo Kim Architect, and HKC Engineering P.C.
