We are happy to announce that Aerial is working on a new restaurant project called TAVO in West Village. TAVO is the dynamic collaboration of chef Julieta Ballesteros and Francisco Decrescenzo, both natives of Monterrey, Mexico. The space is designed by Danielle Fennoy and Cece Stelljes of Revamp Design.

Inspired by the beauty of the Green Mountains at the foot of Sierra Madre Oriental, the interior of the restaurant infuses copper, green highlights and industrial accents as reminders of the striking mountain range and industrial city of Monterrey that sits in the valley below.

The cuisine is a skillful fusion of Latin, French and Asian influences. Chef Ballesteros combines modern and traditional cooking alongside signature dishes from the Monterrey area. At TAVO, each plate is a work of art that infuses a variety of textures, flavors, colors and modern flare.
